Refund Policy

If you are experiencing any issues at all, please contact us. We want to hear from you, and we want to make it right!  Please reach out by email hello@twinscandleco.com. We will respond within 24-48 business hours with a personal email message. 
You have 30-days to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@twinscandleco.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return,and advise you of the status of your refund.  If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective so that we can correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-refundable items: 
All sales are final on custom products (special orders and personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your items.
